Shipping Origin

All orders ship from China.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: 4-10 business days
  • International: 7-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather, remote-area handling, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders of $19 or more: Free standard shipping
  • Orders below $19: $3.90 flat-rate standard shipping

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout in your order currency where available.

Customs, Duties, VAT, and Local Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, customs fees, or other destination-country charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Shipping Availability

We ship to the United States and international destinations worldwide.

If shipping is unavailable for your address at checkout, then we are currently unable to ship to that destination.

Order Tracking

Tracking is available for shipped orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details by email.

Incorrect Addresses
